N GaugeDCC Concepts / LegacyLB-2LG Ballast – Light Grey BlendPot Size = 200g  2mm/N scale Ballast – Grey Blend.A really well scaled blend that accurately reflectsprototype size and is eminently suitable for 2mm scale (N Scale) modelling.The Grey mix colour has been chosen based on field researchand does include a small addition of lighter and darker stones as graniteballast often includes more crystalline or darker impurities. It is suitablefor newer ballast, lightly used modern or new Steam Era lines in some areas.Use in combination with other Legacy Ballast fortransitional areas and weather with powders or paint as appropriate forrealism.This carefully processed Ballast should not change tone whenglue is applied using a suitable mix and wetting agent.As with the brown and steam era mixes, consistency mattersso grain size was checked with a vernier before packing. Because of the natureof heavily used areas around steam, we added slightly more fines to this mix aswell.
