Returns Information

For lost items sent via Royal Mail within the UK, claims can only be investigated 20 working days after dispatch. In the case of lost items sent via Airmail, claims can only be investigated 40 days after dispatch. Once a claim is completed, if a refund has not already been issued it will be issued when a resolution has been mutually agreed.

Should goods be damaged in transit, a refund will only be made to the value of goods, whichever is lower. Payment of refunds will only be made upon completion of the compensation process. Alternatively if an agreement can be reached, a refund will not be issued until the original item, and its original packaging returned to us using a traceable service.

In the event that an item reaches you and is not as you expected we do offer a 28 day money back guarantee from date of purchase. So please once you receive your items, if they do not meet your expectations contact us as soon as possible, do not attempt to solve the issues yourself as this does void our returns policy.

We will not cover return postage costs, if you have changed your mind, or if you have incorrectly read the description.

Any item returned in the described condition and where the customer has changed their mind or have incorrectly read the description, a store credit will be given.

We will cover postage costs, if the item has arrived damaged or does not work as described then we will cover up to £4 using Royal Mail second class signed for, for items total value of over £20. For items less that a value of £20, we will cover up to £3, using the Royal Mail standard second class service. If you choose to use an alternative service we will refund you up to the amounts stated, we will not cover the full amounts.

We always aim to post our items on the day of purchase, if the order has been placed before 2pm, however this may be longer at busier times. Unless otherwise agreed, items are sent using Royal Mail both for domestic and international parcels.

If the buyer orders goods for delivery outside of the UK, any import duties and taxes which may arise shall be the sole responsibility or liability of the buyer.

All orders will be sent using Royal Mail unless stated otherwise. All orders  will be sent using a traceable service for both domestic and international parcels. In regards to International orders please note that if the customer does not select the correct delivery method then there will be additional costs requested via invoice which will delay shipping.

All International orders will be sent using a fully tracked and signed service, unless your country does not support this.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY FOR POSTAGE COSTS.

Please note that any orders placed that contain items are that are prohibited from being sent overseas such as paint, will be cancelled.

For any international orders that weigh over 2kg an additional charge may be added. We reserve the right to restrict shipping on certain items and to certain destinations. In regards to international orders that require a customs form, all the details displayed on the custom forms will be an honest representation of the amount paid by the buyer. We will not amend the price of the items purchased to reduce the import duties paid on delivery. We are also not liable for any custom charges incurred when the parcel in received.

Items not accepted or items that cannot be delivered will have a return charge applied.

Delivery will not be processed until cleared funds have been received.

All orders over £20 will be sent requiring a signature on delivery.

We will always endeavour to meet any date requested by the buyer for delivery. Time of delivery cannot be specified. Any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet estimated delivery date. We the seller will not be responsible for any failure of the delivery company to achieve advertised delivery dates.
